Snoopios

Terms of service

Private beta terms, last updated 6 September 2026. A solicitor-reviewed version replaces these before general availability.

These terms are the agreement between Archema Labs, the company in the United Kingdom that operates Snoopios, and you, the organisation using it. By creating an account or connecting a service you accept them.

What Snoopios does

Snoopios reads the configuration of the services you connect, using read-only credentials you supply, runs deterministic checks against them on a schedule, stores the raw evidence each check read, and generates documents and a public status page from the results. Every result describes what was observed at a point in time. Snoopios does not certify you, does not give legal advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified assessor or solicitor.

Your account and your credentials

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in private and for the credentials you connect. Connect only read-only credentials; Snoopios refuses credential types it can recognise as write-capable, but the scope you grant is yours to set. You may remove a connection at any time and its credential is deleted immediately. You confirm you are entitled to connect the services you connect.

Acceptable use

Use Snoopios only against services you own or are authorised to assess. Do not attempt to access other customers' data, to circumvent rate limits or access controls, or to use the trust-page request flow to harass or spam. We may suspend an account that does.

Documents and the trust page

Generated documents are drafts for your review. You decide what to publish on your trust page and which documents visitors may request. The confidentiality undertaking a visitor accepts is between that visitor and you; Snoopios hosts the documents and keeps the register of requests and downloads on your behalf.

Fees and trial

New accounts have a 14-day trial with Studio limits and no card. After it, the Free tier continues with one project on weekly checks, or you choose a paid plan at the published price, billed monthly per organisation. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Your data

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms. The configuration data and evidence Snoopios stores about your services belong to you; you can export them from Settings and delete them by deleting your account, after a 30-day grace period you can cancel.

Availability and liability

Snoopios is provided as it is, during a private beta, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. A check that cannot run reports unknown rather than a result. To the extent the law allows, Archema Labs' total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and Archema Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including the outcome of any audit, assessment, certification or regulatory action. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You may stop at any time by deleting your account. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if these terms are breached. On ending, your data is deleted as the privacy notice describes.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
